Over 4 months I collaborated with my teammates to streamline the customer's journey as we introduced an enhanced
mini-cart & cart that allows shoppers to preview selections, track progress toward free shipping thresholds, and re-engage with saved items. We also optimized the
checkout process for both guest and member experiences, ensuring swift transactions while carefully accounting for complex edge cases.
